1. Contact Us: Reach out to one of our sales representatives to place your order and discuss your vision.
2. Design: Once your order is placed, we get to work on your custom design.
3. Proof: We will send you a digital proof for your review. You are welcome to request changes or approve the design as is.
4. Approval & Payment: Once you are happy with the design, you will sign off on the proof and receive your invoice. Full payment is required to move forward.
5. Production: Once payment is received in full, your job moves into the production line.
6. Shipping: Once produced, your order ships straight to your door - free of charge!

Production times may vary depending on the product and order size, but we strive to have your order in your hands within 14 business days or less from the date your proof is approved, signed off on, and your invoice is paid in full.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order before the design process begins, there is no cancellation fee. However, once we have started the design process, a $35 cancellation fee will apply.

Once your proof has been approved, signed off on, and payment has been received in full, your job will move into production. At that point, all sales are final. No returns or refunds can be issued once the product has been printed.
